Our Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder is a tender, mouthwatering centrepiece and has been slow cooked for 12 hours with an aromatic sauce of red wine, sherry, bone broth, celery, garlic, carrots and onion.
Using only premium local meat from Maugers Meats, this succulent lamb just falls off the bone and accompanied with our famous Salsa Verde it's a must have for any get together.
Serves 4-5 People
Can be served cold or reheated.
Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius, then bake for 20-25 mins.
