This gorgeous Salmon from the South Island of New Zealand has been cooked slowly over a low heat with kaffir lime from our garden, butter and served with a Yoghurt Tartare and Lemon.
Perfectly portioned to serve 7-10 people with sides, this dish is best served cold but can be reheated to suit your preference.
Serving & Heating Instructions: Best served cold, but can be reheated. To reheat, preheat oven to 180°C. Place the salmon in a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
Ingredients: Salmon, Butter, Lemon, Kaffir Lime, Greek Yoghurt, Capers, Pickles, Lemon, Red Wine Vinegar. Made without gluten.
