Originating from Bianca’s parents’ restaurant in Wanaka, New Zealand, this much-loved dessert has been a favourite for decades. Made with Granny Smith apples from our garden in Burradoo, gently cooked and layered with strawberries, maple, and a golden crumble topping.

Simply heat in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes and serve warm with cream.
