Originating from Bianca’s Mum's restaurant in Wanaka, New Zealand, this much-loved dessert has been a favourite for decades. Made with Granny Smith apples from our garden in Burradoo, gently cooked, drizzled in maple, and a golden ginger crumble topping.

Simply heat in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes and serve warm with icecream and cream.
